These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and x777xp ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the x777xp website located at https://x777xp.cam and all associated services, content, tools and features offered through the platform.

x777xp is an online casino and sports betting information platform targeting Pakistani users. The platform provides information, guides and resources relating to sports betting, online casino games, live dealer products, payment methods and responsible gambling. x777xp does not itself operate a casino or sportsbook and does not directly process real-money deposits or withdrawals unless separately and explicitly stated in operator-specific terms.

Where a User is accessing the Platform on behalf of a corporate entity or other legal person, that individual warrants that they have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms shall include both the individual and the entity.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy and the Responsible Gambling policy available at /responsible-gambling, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is licensed or in which you are resident, whichever is greater, to register for and use this Platform. Use by individuals below the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited. x777xp reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending satisfactory verification.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Platform is accessible to Pakistani users as an information and entertainment resource. x777xp does not represent, warrant or guarantee that online gambling is legally permitted in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

In particular, Pakistani users should be aware of applicable legislation including, without limitation, the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any provincial regulations that may be in force. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and x777xp strongly recommends that users seek independent legal counsel regarding the legality of online gambling in their specific location.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain one registered Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

4.4 Prohibited Users

You are not eligible to register or use the Platform if you are: (a) under the applicable minimum age; (b) a resident of a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law; (c) previously excluded or self-excluded from the Platform; (d) an employee, contractor, agent or family member of an employee or contractor of x777xp or any associated operating entity; or (e) otherwise restricted under applicable law from engaging in gambling-related activities.

5.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number — is accurate, complete and current. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. You agree to notify x777xp support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. x777xp accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

5.3 Account Suspension

x777xp reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached or that the Account is being used in a fraudulent, abusive or unlawful manner.

x777xp operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as required by applicable regulations and responsible platform governance. KYC verification may be required prior to the processing of withdrawals, the activation of certain account features or at any point during the account lifecycle where verification of identity is deemed necessary.

Documents typically required for KYC include a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of residential address where required, and a liveness or selfie check. All documents must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible. The submission of falsified, altered or fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in reporting to relevant authorities.

Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Users must not transmit sensitive identity documents via unencrypted email, social media, messaging applications or any other unsecured channel.

Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, withdrawal requests may be withheld. x777xp accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing resulting from a User's failure to provide required documentation promptly and accurately.

7.1 Authorised Payment Methods

Deposits must be made using payment methods that are authorised and available within the Platform's current cashier section. Available methods may change without prior notice. Common Pakistani payment rail references used for illustrative purposes on this Platform include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are contextual only — they do not constitute confirmation that these providers support gambling transactions or that they are available on the Platform at any given time.

7.2 Own Funds Only

You warrant that all funds deposited to the Platform are your own personal funds, derived from legitimate sources. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party. You must not use funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering or any other unlawful means.

7.3 Deposit Processing

Deposit processing times vary by payment method, wallet provider and the relevant financial institution. x777xp accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking compliance procedures or technical issues outside the Platform's direct control.

7.4 Currency

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) amounts are displayed on the Platform, they are presented for illustrative context. Actual transaction currency is determined by the operator's cashier configuration and may differ. Currency conversion fees may apply where applicable.

8.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once: (a) the User's KYC verification has been successfully completed; (b) any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been met in full; and (c) no outstanding compliance review is pending on the account.

8.2 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering control. The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

8.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times are not guaranteed. 8.4 Withdrawal Limits

9.3 One Bonus per User

Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times or through the creation of additional accounts constitutes abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

9.4 Platform Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

x777xp and the relevant operator reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is modified after a User has partially completed the required wagering, the most User-favourable conditions will apply wherever practicable.

9.5 Bonus Abuse

Strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — including, without limitation, low-risk wagering across multiple selections to complete wagering requirements, using automated tools or colluding with other accounts — constitute bonus abuse. x777xp reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and close accounts found engaging in such activity.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that you will:

• Access the Platform using only your own registered Account credentials;
• Provide and maintain accurate personal information at all times;
• Comply with all applicable local, provincial and national laws relevant to your use of the Platform;
• Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes;
• Immediately report any security vulnerabilities, errors or irregularities discovered on the Platform to x777xp support;
• Respect the intellectual property rights of x777xp and third-party content providers;
• Refrain from interfering with, disrupting or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any Platform systems, servers or databases.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Including use of stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, identity fraud or submission of falsified documentation;
• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one Account, or using another person's Account;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Use of automated tools: Including bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software that automates gameplay, wagering decisions or account interactions without x777xp's prior written consent;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to conceal, process or transfer funds derived from criminal activity;
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward x777xp staff or other users through any Platform channel;
• Exploitation of errors: Intentionally taking advantage of software errors, display glitches or calculation errors to gain an unfair financial benefit;
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access any part of the Platform infrastructure, administrative systems or other users' accounts without authorisation.

These tools are available to all registered Users and their use is actively encouraged.

14.1 Platform Information Nature

x777xp is an information and entertainment platform. All content is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. x777xp does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability or timeliness of any content published on the Platform, including bonus figures, RTP percentages, odds examples and payment processing time estimates, which are illustrative unless otherwise explicitly confirmed.

14.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

14.4 Gambling Losses

x777xp accepts no responsibility or liability for any gambling losses incurred by Users through any platform or operator referenced on this site. Gambling inherently involves risk and the possibility of financial loss. Users engage in gambling activities entirely at their own risk.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x777xp's operating entity is registered. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

For Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan: x777xp does not represent that online gambling is permitted or regulated in Pakistan. Pakistani users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable Pakistani federal and provincial laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, relevant State Bank of Pakistan guidelines and any other applicable regulations. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

x777xp reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, reasonable efforts will be made to provide advance notice via the Platform's communication channels.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The most current version of the Terms is always accessible at /terms-conditions.

17.1 Termination by x777xp

x777xp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or that continued provision of access is not appropriate given applicable legal or regulatory considerations.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining account balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and AML policies. Where no breach is identified, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via an available withdrawal method following completion of any pending compliance review.

17.2 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting x777xp support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures. Self-exclusion requests are processed as responsible gambling measures and are distinct from account closure requests — please review the Responsible Gambling page for self-exclusion procedures.

17.3 Survival of Provisions

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 11 (Prohibited Conduct), 13 (Intellectual Property), 14 (Limitation of Liability) and 15 (Jurisdiction & Applicable Law) — shall remain in full force and effect after any termination or expiry of your access to the Platform.
